Job Title: Executive Assistant/Event Coordinator
FLSA: Non-Exempt 35 Hours Per Week
Benefits: HRA, Roth IRA, Paid Holidays
Reports To: CEO

Pathway Health Clinic, a non-profit, licensed, AAAHC-accredited medical clinic, is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to be a part of our organization. This role requires a person who excels in time management, has a keen eye for detail, and is capable of working independently. 

Summary: The Administrative Assistant/Event Coordinator, in conjunction with the CEO, performs administrative duties related directly to Pathway Health Clinic's operations and assists in planning and implementing fundraising and marketing strategies. Primary responsibilities involve ensuring efficient office procedures, including computer operations. Occasional weekends and nights may be required.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•    Perform office administrative duties as requested by the CEO. 
•    Assist the CEO, when directed, in training and evaluating office volunteers. 
•    Assist, when directed, in scheduling office volunteers.
•    Receive and route any business-related calls.
•    Update all forms, files, and manuals as advised by the CEO. 
•    Oversee inventory control of the office and other Organizational supplies. 
•    See that all Clinic correspondence is mailed on a timely basis. 
•    Perform ongoing accounting tasks such as compiling credit card and donor receipts through CRM. 
•    Maintain mailing lists, databases, and statistical information.
•    Assist in the development and execution of annual fundraising and marketing strategies under the direction of the CEO and Event Planner.
•    Help maintain relationships with donors, local churches, and other local organizations.

Mature, committed Christian who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and is an active church member.
Strong computer and administrative skills, including Microsoft Office, Publisher, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education and/or Experience:                              
A.A. (Associate Degree) or combination of education and experience.

Compensation: This is an hourly position with a starting pay rate of $29.75/hour.
